Kathryn A. Rogers, MSW, LGSW, and Francene S. Sigai, MS, LCSW-C are highly qualified, experienced mental health professionals and mediators. Their life work has been dedicated to educating families about the effects of separation and divorce on children while working with them in an effort to make their lives more manageable. Their work has led them to realize that the earlier they intervene in people's lives, the greater chance there is of maintaining and enhancing relationships. As a result, The Center for Family Resolution expanded to include individual, pre-marital and marital counseling.
Ms. Sigai and Ms. Rogers developed the program, "Successful Parenting When Families Live Apart" which is offered in both the Baltimore and Harford County Circuit Courts.
